About Our Client
Our client is a global renewable energy player with India operations
Job Description
• Excellent in‐depth knowledge of land documents, land due diligence and land acquisition process.
• Knowledge of Land Revenue Acts/Guidelines etc. and experience of land acquisition in Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh, among other States.
• Must have worked in land legal disputes at various courts and forums
• Coordination with state level land legal team, legal counsel for all documentation and legal due diligence of the land.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel and lenders legal counsel for title search report.
• Drafting of Memorandum of Understanding, sale/lease deeds, GPA, ATS, ATL, agreements, contracts
• Guiding management with right strategies to manage land legal disputes at various courts and forums.
The Successful Applicant
You should be LLB graduate with at-least 10 years of experience in renewable energy sector. You should have preferably worked in legal aspects of Land - commercial contracts, litigation, disputes, land acquisitions, title search etc.
