Job Description
Major accountabilities:
• Evaluating current/ assigned part of the ServiceNow processes portfolio and identifying potential areas for improvement
• Working with stakeholders to gather requirements and guide them to find the best solution that will fit the process in accordance with Sandoz official procedures
• Continual Service Improvement - analyzing issues that need resolving or processes that can be improved
• Preparing documentations and leading trainings for changes happening in ServiceNow
• Training and coaching staff members
• Collaborating with managers and executives to ensure changes are effective and benefits realized
• Collaborating with developers to ensure best practices are followed for deployment
• Performing configuration/ minor development activities as per the official Sandoz processes
• Key Performance Indicators (Indicate key facts and figures)
• Customer/ Business satisfaction
• Successful deployments, measured by BAU ServiceNow KPI’s
• Benefits delivered by BPA activities – Risks, Demands and other activities associated with the role
• CMMI Maturity Assessment – for the respective area of the BPA
Minimum Requirements
Work Experience:
• 8-13 years Business Analyst Experience/ ServiceNow Consultant
• 5+ years of consulting/ configuring experience in at least one of the following ServiceNow areas – ITSM
• ServiceNow Configuration experience and general platform understanding
