• Company Description Naturaw Products Private Limited is dedicated to offering high-quality products made from local organic ingredients. Located in Bengaluru, Naturaw has a well established marketing team and a strong brand presence in the market.
• Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Area sales manager at Naturaw. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales activities, managing relationships with clients in the designated region of Karnataka. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets and increase market share. Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales representatives to ensure high performance and alignment with company goals. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Qualifications:

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in sales, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role within the food services or FMCG industry.
• Proven track record of driving a highly efficient sales team and generating revenue for the organization.
• Must know: Kannada, English and Hindi is optional. Any other South Indian Languages is a plus.
• Headquartered in Bangalore-Should be open to travel across Karnataka based on company's requirements.
• Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management skills
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to analyze sales data and market trends
• Experience in the organic products industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, MBA (marketing) would be an add on. • Should be an Immediate Joiner.
