Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders and understand business requirements. Design innovative Windows-based solutions.
• Implementation: Lead and assist in the deployment and configuration of Windows systems, including server infrastructure and related services.
• Technical Support: Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for Windows-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum system reliability.
• Integration: Integrate Windows systems with existing company environment and third-party applications, ensuring seamless operation.
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and best practices.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, network engineers, and security experts, to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Stay Current: Stay up-to-date with the latest Windows technologies, trends, and best practices to continuously improve the solutions provided.
Essential
Experience Required:
• Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, WSUS, PowerShell scripting, and related technologies.
• Proficiency in Automation tools like Ansible, SaltStack,Terraform or similar are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of networking, security, and cloud technologies (Azure,AWS)
• Industry certifications such as MCSE, MCSA, Azure or AWS or similar are a plus.
Desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience in designing and implementing Windows-based solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Passion for delivering high-quality solutions.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and take initiative when needed
