Position Description
This position is responsible for helping to maintain and evolve the Global Thematic product. The incumbent is primarily responsible for tracking new technology trends, writing research reports, developing unique presentations and working with global teams on joint projects. They should be highly creative and have the ability to connect hidden trends.
Key Areas of Responsibilities
• Work with the Thematics and Sustainability team to uncover novel trends for clients
• Ensure the continuation of our hallmark “Theorality” product
• Assist Thematics team’s stock coverage
• Own strategic research and presentation projects that will be read by some of our most important clients
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Ability to understand complex technologies and business models and then articulate their commercial relevance
• Fluency in both written and verbal English and.
• Experience in intricate business modelling via presentations
• Experience in equity research
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office products, particularly PowerPoint
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• High sense of commercial awareness
• Excellent interpersonal sensitivity. Excellent communication and management skills to both internal and external clients
