Our client is a leading AI technology platform, with multi millions MAUs across the world.

The Role
• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Global Head of Brand to lead our branding, brand marketing, and brand partnership initiatives. This senior management role will oversee the entire brand function within the business, with a particular focus on expanding our presence and engagement in Western markets, where 98% of our current users are based. This position offers a significant opportunity to shape the global branding strategy of a leading AI technology firm and to play a key role in the international expansion of a Chinese brand.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement an effective brand strategy that aligns with the business goals and enhances its visibility and appeal in Western markets.
• Lead and manage the brand team, fostering an environment of creativity and innovation.
• Establish and maintain productive relationships with C-level executives, ensuring alignment on brand initiatives and company objectives.
• Drive brand marketing campaigns that effectively convey the business' value proposition and engage a global audience.
• Forge and nurture strategic partnerships that enhance brand visibility, market penetration, and revenue generation through collaborative brand-aligned ventures.
• Oversee the creation and execution of branding materials and campaigns, ensuring consistency across all platforms and regions.
• Monitor market trends and adapt branding strategies to meet changing market needs and opportunities.
• Identify and secure partnership opportunities with other brands and organizations that can provide mutual benefits and amplify the business' market reach and brand perception.
• Coordinate with partners to develop co-branded campaigns, special projects, and cross-promotional activities that align with the business' strategic goals.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with exposure to the tech industry.
• Proven track record of helping Chinese or Hong Kong brands successfully expand into overseas markets.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in leading and building a brand team.
• Experience working closely with C-level management.
• Creative thinker with a keen sense of global market dynamics.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English is essential.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
