Job Responsibilities:
• Supporting both HK and Singapore teams in Risk & Compliance matters including in relation to the following:
• Conducting review on investment transactions
• Review of marketing materials to ensure comply with both internal and external compliance requirements
• Assisting in drafting of internal policy & procedure and training material
• Staying up to date and ensure compliance with regulatory changes
• Coordinating information gathering for audit / regulatory reporting / inspections
• Performing representatives licensing application and maintenance
• Where necessary, advising on customer due diligence requirements for AML/CFT purposes
Requirements :
• Bachelor degree required
• 0 to 3 years of relevant experience in similar roles in FIs or other fintech (less experienced candidates will be considered at Associate level)
• Attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and proactively take ownership
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
