Overview
A prestige bank in Hong Kong is hiring for a highly motivated and experienced Team Head to join the team with seasoned relationship managers within commercial banking group. This individual will be responsible for leading a team of banking talents to meet business targets and grow the portfolio as a team.
Role Responsibilities
• To develop business plans to meet the growth targets, to plan and manage new and existing corporate relationships to optimize the return
• To actively promote and cross sell commercial banking products and services of the bank
• Provide quality underwriting advice with solid credit knowledge, and a consistent approach in line with credit policies
• Assess risk and make business decisions that align with the bank’s risk management policies.
Role Requirements
University graduate with major in either Banking, Finance or Accounting
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Commercial Banking and Corporate Banking with stable working experience as a team leader
• Team head experience is preferred
• CFA holders / credit risk assessment would be advantageous.
• Good spoken and written English, Cantonese and Chinese.
