One of the top global hedge funds is hiring for a senior Talent Acquisition partner for their Hong Kong office.
This role will be closely aligned to work with the Trading teams, in understanding the requirements to attracting and identifying candidates as well as closing them.
Day to day role and responsibilities:
• To work in close coordination with the Trading team hiring managers and portfolio managers to build a comprehensive understanding of their needs and to lead multiple unique searches
• Thoroughly completing end-to-end recruiting processes and ensuring all recruiting data are accurate
• Working on the inhouse ATS and other operational elements
• liaising with other recruiting team members globally to share best practice and
• Keeping up-to-date on external market conditions and share relevant insights with internal stakeholders
To apply you should have:
• At least 5 years’ experience in a recruiting role, ideally with at least 3 years in an internal recruiting role managing end-to-end recruitment
• Solid experience sourcing and recruiting for Quant / Trading team roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong active listening and organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Open to candidates from agency side as well
