Join Sands Design Studio Development and Project Management Team and work in a rewarding, dynamic and strategic department.
Your role will be diverse, challenging and stimulating in driving a luxurious standard of ‘Design Excellence’ across all areas of Macao properties from Hotel, F&B, Gaming, MICE Space, and public community spaces.
You will manage the teams of design consultants to deliver outstanding designs for key renovation projects, supporting the SDS VP of Special Projects, SCL SVP of Development & Project Management and the Global SVP of Interior Design in driving ‘Design Excellence’.
Requirements:
• Proven track record in Hospitality Design within the luxury sector at major ID/Consultancy Firm, Hospitality or Development companies.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, including the ability to handle details through to completion, ensure project objectives are met and projects are successfully delivered on par with ‘Design Excellence’.
• Ability to work collaboratively with all stakeholders; strong interpersonal skills to relate well with senior management with poise, while being a self-starter.
• Excellent leadership capabilities, charisma, and communication skills to influence, inspire and motivate key stakeholders around a single vision.
• Complex problem solving and creative solution skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced, and changeable environment under pressure while meeting deadlines.
• Experience and knowledge of all aspects of hospitality interior design including space planning, FF&E, design materials; ID processes, design team structures.
• Fluent English; Chinese is preferred
• Bachelor Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
• Candidates with less experience can be considered for Associate Director or Senior Interior Design Manager
