Job Responsibilities:
1、Market insight and strategy planning: Analyse the Hong Kong market in-depth, identify and evaluate potential opportunities for cross-border collaboration, especially focusing on shopping districts and chain brands that appeal to the young 25-40 year old demographic, including but not limited to co-marketing, branding, event sponsorships. Develop and implement innovative channel development strategies to maximise brand exposure and traffic acquisition.
2、Cooperation negotiation and relationship maintenance: lead the business negotiation with the target shopping areas, chain brands and other traffic channels to ensure that the terms of co-operation are mutually beneficial and win-win. Take the initiative to develop and maintain relationships with local business districts, chain brands, popular IP and other key partners to establish long-term and stable relationships, and continue to explore the potential for cooperation.
3、Project execution and effect evaluation: Manage the execution of cooperation projects, including activity planning, resource allocation and progress control.
Regularly evaluate the effect of cooperation, optimise the cooperation model through data analysis and improve ROI.
4、Teamwork and cross-departmental communication: work closely with internal marketing, product, operation and other teams to ensure the consistency of the cooperation project with the company's overall strategy. Coordinate and solve cross-departmental problems encountered in the process of cooperation, and promote efficient communication.
5, market trends and competitor analysis: continue to pay attention to market dynamics, analyse competitors' cooperation strategies, and provide forward-looking market insights for the company.
Qualifications:
1、Industry experience: more than 5 years of relevant industry experience, with successful development and maintenance of heterogeneous co-operation channels.
2、Market sensitivity: have a deep understanding of the young consumer groups in Hong Kong, able to accurately grasp the market trend.
3、Business Negotiation Skills: Excellent business negotiation skills, able to independently complete the co-operation negotiation.
4、Data analysis: ability to make data-driven decisions, able to use data analysis tools to assess the effectiveness of cooperation.
5、Teamwork and communication: excellent teamwork and cross-departmental communication skills, able to effectively promote project progress.
6、Language skills: fluent in Cantonese and English, with good written and verbal communication skills.

任职资格:
1、行业经验:5年以上相关行业经验,有成功开发并维护异业合作渠道的案例。
2、市场敏感度:对香港年轻消费群体有深刻理解,能准确把握市场趋势。
3、商务谈判能力:优秀的商务谈判技巧,能独立完成合作洽谈。
4、数据分析:具备数据驱动决策的能力,能运用数据分析工具评估合作效果。
5、团队合作与沟通:出色的团队协作和跨部门沟通能力,能有效推动项目进展。
6、语言能力:流利的粤语和英语,具备良好的书面和口头表达能力。
