Responsibilities
• Review additional documents for underwriting decisions and premium financing post-case submission.
• Prepare and review decline/after investigation letters.
• Ensure timely approval of claims cases.
• Conduct thorough claims investigations.
• Draft customized letters for decisions and investigations.
• Provide training to internal staff and agents.
• Address agent inquiries and other related requests.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or diploma.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in life insurance claims.
• Professional qualifications in Life Insurance (e.g., LOMA, ICA) preferred.
• Proficiency in English and Cantonese.
• Strong MS Office skills and Chinese typing.
