CGL IM Financial Management Limited ("CGLIM") stands as a leading private equity and infrastructure investment manager, specializing in the investment and management of industrial, logistics, and infrastructure assets worldwide. CGLIM is incorporated in Hong Kong, licensed by SFC to conduct Type 4 and Type 9 regulated activities. Responsibilities
• Preparation of month end reporting pack (BS/PL/CF) for the portfolio companies across EU countries, and participate in the portfolio level reconciliation.
• Reviews of daily operation transactions and cost allocations, and provide insights and analysis of the financial performances of the portfolio companies.
• Preparation of calculation and filing of VAT, asset tax, CIT and manage the updated tax schedules.
• Prepare audited financial statements in accordance with IFRS standards and provide support for the annual audit.
• Any other ad hoc financial reporting as required.
Qualifications
• Minimum of 8 years hands-on experiences in corproate accounting;
• CPA/CA is highly preferred;
• Self-motivated, attentive to details with multi-tasking skills;
• Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills ;
• Enjoy working in a multi-culture global environment with strong team mindset;
• Business proficiency of written and spoken English and Mandarin
