Manager, Charity Fund and Trust Project
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Charity Fund and Trust Project Manager to oversee and support our client's charity fund and trust projects.
This role involves monitoring all aspects of funding, ensuring operational efficiency, and fostering strong relationships with grantees. The ideal candidate will have a passion for philanthropy and a proven track record in project management and financial oversight.
Responsibilities:
• Fund Monitoring: Support and monitor all charity fund and trust projects, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and donor requirements.
• Project Management: Review and vet payments related to projects, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Vendor Oversight: Monitor external vendors involved in project execution, ensuring they meet contractual obligations and performance standards.
• Funding Reimbursement: Handle funding reimbursement requests, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare detailed financial reports and analyses on all donations and funding activities for senior management, highlighting trends and insights.
• Operational Efficiency: Identify and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency within the charity fund management processes.
• Site Visits: Conduct site visits to grantee organizations to assess project progress and maintain strong relationships.
• Relationship Management: Manage relationships with grantees, providing support and guidance to ensure successful project outcomes.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• CPA designation is required.
• Minimum of 6-8 experience in project management or financial oversight, preferably in the nonprofit sector.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and reports.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
