Responsibilities
• Manage a portfolio of Internal Audit and External Quality Assurance projects from planning to reporting; in accordance with our firm's policies and procedures;
• Manage projects to ensure that activities are executed in accordance with our firm's policies and procedures;
• Assist with identifying potential business opportunities from existing and new clients;
• Collaborate with business development team to ensure that tender proposals are drafted accordance with client's tender specification and are technically correct;
• Coach and train Internal Auditors and trainees; to enhance capacity;
• Prepare and present Internal Audit and External Quality Assurance review reports to clients;
• Build effective relationships with clients and other stakeholders;
• Proactively assist and advise the CEO and management team on any matter that requires their attention.
Qualifications; Experience; Skills and Behavioral Competencies
• National Diploma or B Tech in Internal Auditing or equivalent qualification;
• Minimum of four years experience in internal audit environment;
• Meticulous attention to details; dependability and sound leadership skills;
• Good verbal and written (including negotiation) communication skill;
• Excellent report writing and problem solving skills;

Salary is negotiable based on experience.
