We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Personnel for Truck Spare Parts and Heavy-Duty Vehicles to join our growing team, particularly for Sinotruk .
Responsibilities:
• Proactively generate sales of truck spare parts by building and managing relationships with customers, including fleet managers, workshop operators, and logistics companies.
• Provide excellent customer service by understanding clients' needs, offering tailored spare part solutions, and negotiating deals to meet their requirements.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Sinotruk spare parts, as well as parts for other heavy-duty vehicles, ensuring that customers receive accurate information on compatibility, quality, and performance.
• Meet or exceed sales targets by developing effective sales strategies and continuously identifying new business opportunities.
• Work closely with the inventory team to ensure timely availability of parts, keeping track of stock levels to fulfil customer orders efficiently.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer preferences to adjust sales approaches and stay competitive in the industry.
• Offer ongoing support to clients post-purchase to maintain long-term relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
