Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales & Marketing Officer to join our dynamic team in Abuja. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales and marketing, demonstrating the ability to generate leads, close deals, and build strong client relationships. You will play a crucial role in driving our sales growth and expanding our market presence. Please note: Candidates without prior experience in Real Estate Sales and Marketing will be automatically rejected.
Key Responsibilities:
• Focus exclusively on selling our portfolio of developed properties.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential buyers and investors.
• Provide expert advice on the real estate market and our available properties.
• Conduct property viewings and open houses.
• Negotiate and close sales deals.
• Meet and exceed sales targets.
• Stay updated with market trends to provide relevant insights to clients.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in real estate sales, particularly in selling developed properties.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with the Abuja real estate market is a plus.
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in marketing a similar product within an established organization
• Must possess excellent communication skills and have a positive, upbeat attitude
