The Role

Key Responsibilities
• Digital Marketing Strategy:
• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
• Oversee all digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and PPC advertising.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging and effective digital content.
• Training and Development:
• Design and conduct training programs for the marketing team or clients on digital marketing tools, techniques, and best practices.
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and tools, integrating them into training materials.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments to enhance learning outcomes.
• Team Leadership and Management:
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketing professionals.
• Set clear performance objectives and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
• Budget Management:
• Develop and manage the digital marketing budget.
• Allocate resources effectively across various digital marketing channels.
• Track and report on the ROI of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with other departments, such as Sales, Product Development, and Customer Service, to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
• Present digital marketing strategies and performance reports to senior management.
• Customer and Market Analysis:
• Conduct market research to identify customer preferences, trends, and opportunities.
• Utilize data analytics tools to track customer behavior and optimize marketing efforts.

Ideal Profile

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing and training, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Experience with data analytics and performance/operation metrics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM software, and content management systems.
