Job Description
• Manage and control shift in production process to achieve the production plan to follow company standard (attendance, absence, vocation plan)
• Monitor daily production performance based on the defined KPI and react to target deviation in collaboration with setter team and escalate to superior if necessary
• Ensure production data record (hourly output, loss time) and booking to SAP system every shift, prepare shift production report & execute shift handover
• Control 5S condition in shopfloor.
• Follow up the policy deployment and continuous improvement by attending and motivate all subordinate to join all activity
• Escalate problem of process (machine trouble / quality deviation) for supporting to solve problem regarding to escalation rule
• Confirmation machine daily check sheet Parameter check sheet , sign judgement failure chart map
• Prepare the production daily report and production problem report .
Qualifications
• Electromechanical technician degree.
• Previous experience in automotive field.
• Teamwork ability.
