JOB TITLE: Product Operations Manager
LOCATION: Mexico
About The Role & Team
TelevisaUnivision is looking for a Product Operations Manager to grow and improve our digital sports experience, wherever our audience is, across all available platforms. This position will play a key role in delivering high-quality sports experience to ViX users.
About You
This is a highly collaborative and cross-functional role, critical to our product’s success. Ideal candidates should demonstrate exceptional communication skills, familiarity with digital streaming platforms, livestreaming subject matter expertise, Sports/Soccer knowledge, and a passion for problem-solving.
Your Day-day
• Support daily live event operations, monitoring, and reporting for all live sports events
• Work with cross-functional squad stakeholders to build and improve live sports features across products
• Balance the needs of stakeholders, users, and the business and communicate business decisions clearly and concisely
• Identify process/tech opportunities to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of live sports events across products
You Have
• Fluent Spanish and English speaker
• Knowledge of Mexico/LATAM sports landscape and audience
• Proficient in analytics to make data-driven decisions
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Extremely detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to prioritize, balance, and execute multiple projects and priorities
• In-depth experience working with video supply chain, digital livestreaming, and video publishing tools is a plus
