Summary:

The Senior Specialist COE Learning is responsible for coordinating all Talent Management activities for MAHLE Mexico locations. The position supports a variety of learning, development and marketing activities including professional curriculum development, succession planning, leadership development programs, new hire onboardings, facilitations, teambuilding, vendor management, and product/technical training. This position acts as a resource to all employees on any learning and development topics.

Your Role & Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with regional team and local Training Coordinators to ensure local, regional and global learning and development business compliance.
• Contribute to the development of strategic and operating plans and budgets for learning and development projects and initiatives.
• Create, manage, or contribute to organization-wide programs such as leadership development, management development, employee engagement programs, talent and retention efforts, new hires onboardings and performance management.
• Assist with the communication and implementation strategy for learning and development activities, including HR marketing and branding activities at the corporate level.
• Be the subject matter expert in all Talent Management topics including Potential Assessment, Development Planning and Succession Planning, implementing, and managing Talent Development concepts, standards and processes.
• Coordinate innovative blended learning solutions including classroom, eLearning, and virtual classroom learning components covering professional and leadership content, including leading facilitations, team buildings, and coaching sessions as requested.
• Assess developmental needs to drive training initiatives and implement MAHLE’s learning and development programs.
• Research best practices and serves as a resource for alternative strategies and tactics for learning and development topics.
• Collaborate with external consultants as vendors as needed. Monitor and manage their work.
• Coordinate and administer the corporate annual training program to comply with the legal and organizational requirements.
• Ensures compliance with all related legal and MAHLE policies and procedures.

Your Skills & Strengths:
• 5+ years in similar position.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) 100%.
• Advanced computer skills, especially in MS Office.
• Success Factors experience (preferred).
• Ability to travel within US and MX.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to identify and solve problems, to work within deadlines with a high attention to detail, and to work independently in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to influence and develop strong working relationships with all levels of employees.
• Must have broad, basic understanding of Learning & Development, and local training laws
