Arctic Response Canada Ltd. opened in Yellowknife, NT in 2001, delivering arctic survival and outdoor technical rescue programs to government and private sector employees throughout Canada’s northern territories. We have expanded to meet the pre-employment and job-specific training needs of virtually every northern sector and have steadily expanded our reach to provide training and services throughout southern Canada and internationally.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as an Instructor at Arctic Response Canada located in Yellowknife, NT, with flexibility for some remote work. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering training programs, developing curriculum, assessing student performance, and ensuring a supportive learning environment.
Qualifications
• Experience in instructional design and delivery
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant certifications in training or education field
• Knowledge of safety and rescue procedures
• Ability to adapt to varying learning styles and environments
