Position Title: Sales/Merchandiser, Procter & Gamble(P&G)
Job Summary: Bermuda General Agency Ltd. (BGA Ltd.) is currently hiring for the position of Sales/Merchandiser for our Procter & Gamble Division. The incumbent is responsible for managing the sales and merchandising of BGA's P&G products for all customers.
Responsibilities:
· Achieving targeted sales and gross margin
· Taking stock orders and selling in selected accounts
· Merchandising based on a journey plan set out by the P&G Manager
· Ensuring that all product on stores shelves are fully stocked i.e., out of stocks, maintaining clean shelves, planogram implementation and promotional material placement
· Completing regular store audits to ensure all items are in 100% distribution
· Liaising with warehouse management to ensure timely picking and packing
· Ensuring timely and safe deliveries
· Selling-in new products on a timely basis
· Promoting P&G products and supporting promotional material provided by Marketing
· Maintaining a good working relationship with customers and visiting them consistently
· Handling credits and returns
· Any other associated duties as required to successfully fulfill the requirements of this position
Requirements:
· High School education
· 2 years prior sales and/or merchandising experience
· Excellent computer literacy skills, including but not limited to Microsoft Office applications and AS400
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Proven organizational and time management skills
· Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail
· Ability to work independently and in a team
· Must have their own vehicle
This is a full-time position, hours 8.00am to 5.00pm, however, the incumbent is expected to work the hours necessary to complete the role.
