This major offshore and international law firm has a fantastic new opportunity for a further Associate to join their growing and market leading Trusts & Private Wealth practice in Bermuda. Their highly-rated team specialises in advising professional trustees, private individuals and families, financial institutions, and charities, on a wide range of non-contentious and semi-contentious international trust and private wealth matters. Working as part of a dynamic team, you will play an integral part in building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and also other advisors. The team are interesting in speaking with individuals who have experience of and/or a strong interest in the full spectrum of non-contentious and semi-contentious private client work, including trust and supplemental deed drafting, will drafting, trust law analysis and advisory work, probate applications, wealth structuring and family office planning, and restructuring exercises. Applicants will need to be offshore, UK or Commonwealth qualified lawyers, with experience gained ideally within a major offshore or onshore law firm, or well-regarded boutique trusts & private wealth legal practice.
