We are seeking experienced litigators with a strong background in insolvency and restructuring to join a dynamic disputes practice in Bermuda. The role involves advising a diverse range of clients, including financially distressed companies, directors, institutional lenders, funds, bondholders, trustees, creditors (both secured and unsecured), borrowers, onshore law firms, and insolvency practitioners. You will work on complex, large-scale insolvencies and restructurings with significant offshore and cross-border elements.

To be considered, applicants must be admitted to practice in a recognised Commonwealth jurisdiction and possess a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience, ideally gained at a leading offshore or onshore firm. We are looking for self-starters who can take ownership of matters quickly and contribute to the team from day one. The ability to work collaboratively and handle high-pressure situations is essential.
