About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled OSS Consultant to join our team at Aventus Global Talent.
This role will be responsible for challenging OSS architecture designs and working closely with senior leadership to ensure compliance with organizational and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct in-depth reviews of OSS architecture designs to ensure compliance with TM Forum, 3GPP, and other relevant standards.
• Ensure all architectural designs adhere to eTOM, SID, 3GPP, and TOGAF frameworks, maintaining consistency across projects.
• Provide technical assessments of OSS-related architectures, focusing on scalability, performance, integration with BSS systems, and overall network alignment.
• Lead architecture review sessions, ensuring that all designs are compliant with governance frameworks and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to align OSS designs with broader enterprise architecture initiatives.
• Identify potential architectural risks and provide mitigation strategies to ensure the reliability, availability, and scalability of OSS implementations.
• Maintain detailed records of architecture reviews, decisions, and recommendations.
Qualifications
• 7+ years of experience in telecommunications, with a strong focus on OSS architecture and network systems.
• Proven experience in conducting architecture reviews and design assessments in a telecom environment.
• Solid background in network management systems, performance monitoring, and configuration management for telecom operators
