Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Operations Coordinator to join our team at Saudi Ceramic Company. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating commercial sales requirements, monitoring production schedules, and ensuring stock levels and distribution meet company targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Commercial Sales Coordination
• Develop and implement strategies to maintain optimal stock levels and distribution throughout the commercial network.
• Collaborate with the commercial team to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Production Scheduling
• Monitor production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products to meet commercial sales requirements.
• Identify and mitigate potential production delays or disruptions.
• Reporting and Communication
• Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports to the commercial management team.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and execution of commercial sales requirements.
• Record Keeping and Compliance
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of commercial sales activities, production schedules, and stock levels.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements
• Education
• University Diploma in Business, Statistics, or a related field.
• Experience
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a related field.
• Skills
• Exceptional critical thinking and communication skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English
