Responsibilities:Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed assigned sales goals across products. Personal Finance Al Yusr Salary Advance FinanceCardsTrain and coach sales representatives on product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service.Track and report on sales performance and customer feedback for digital personal finance, cards, and account opening, identify areas for improvement, and develop corrective action plans.Manage the roster and ensure proper attendance and reporting to vendor.Work with other departments to ensure that the sales team is aligned with the overall business strategy.Required Skills:3+ years of experience in digital product sales Strong understanding of banking products & best practices aligned to digital transformation of Finance, card and salary advance products with oversight on new customer onboarding. Strong knowledge of a bank’s sales funnel and channels Strong problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent communication and team collaboration abilitiesProficiency in MS Excel, Power BI and banking systems. Relationship building skills with other stakeholders within & outside the organization
