Our client is a leading development organisation with a reputation for delivering numerous high profile projects across the GCC. As a result of a number of recent project wins, they are actively looking for a talented Construction Director to join their established team on a mixed use development scheme.
The successful candidates will have a proven track record of successfully delivering large iconic projects within the GCC.
Key requirements:
• Minimum of around 15 Years xperience. Over 20 years experience in construction would be preferred.
• 10 years regional (GCC) expereince.
• Degree in Engineering would be preferred.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong management team management skills with experience working in multinational teams.
• International would be beneficial but isn't essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ideally a member of a professional body (RICS, RIBA , etc)
