Alti Profili, a division of the Umana group specialising in the Search and Selection of middle and top management personnel in the Italian and international market, selects for a client of ours operating in the engineering manufacturing sector, a Export Control Manager - Main mission
Management of policies and procedures internal and external to the company in compliance with law 185/90 aimed at obtaining the necessary authorizations for the movement of materials;
· Company interface with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, UAMA National Authority, for problem solving, public relations and mediation activities for the purpose of adapting current directives and regulations to company needs;
· Participation in working groups:
· Export Compliance Working Group for the continuous and integrated improvement of group business processes for export control;
· Export Compliance Information System for the design and implementation of a new group IT tool that guarantees product tracking throughout its life cycle.
· Assistance in Internal Audit activities to verify company implementation and compliance with current procedures;
· Internal consultancy and training activities on Law 185/90 for colleagues from other functions through training courses and training meetings;
· Training and inclusion of new resources within the Company;
· Reporting activities both internally and towards institutions;
· Management and control of the intra-community transfer register;
· Coordination activities of the import/export offices of the international and Italian sites and for compliance with the Law;
· Company point of reference regarding export issues for all contracts and all licenses intangible from the business request for the entire life cycle of the authorization for all programs.
Skill
Mastery of export control regulations (French, European, American, APAC), as well as knowledge of anti-corruption regulations with appropriate writing and synthesis techniques.
Only candidates who strictly come from the Defense Sector or have proven knowledge of the law 185/90 will be considered.
Fluent in Italian and English. French is a plus.
