The Role
We're seeking a travel enthusiast with a passion for guest service to join our team in Saint Quentin Fallavier - Lyon. As the face of our company, you'll report directly to the Branch's Operations Manager, ensuring an outstanding level of customer service, maintaining our fleet of campervans, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle incoming reservations, welcome guests, and manage check-ins and check-outs;
• Prepare and clean our campervans;
• Maintain our campervans in top condition and monitor maintenance and repairing needs;
• Register guests, monitor stock, and process payments;
• Address complaints and troubleshoot emergencies.
Requirements
• You're a travel enthusiast with experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail, or Rent-a-car;
• You're fluent in English and French (mandatory);
• You're eligible to work in France, have a valid driver's license, and feel confident driving a campervan;
• You're available to work part-time (25 hours per week);
• You're available to work on weekends and public holidays;
• You're a responsible person who takes their work seriously and can be relied upon;
• You're well-organized and good at solving problems.
