Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for data and process optimization? Do you want to play a key role in ensuring data quality in a dynamic organization? Then this position is for you!
key responsibilities
• Manage and optimize master data (product information, supplier data, etc.) in SAP and other systems
• Collaborate with departments such as Manufacturing, QA, Finance, and Procurement to ensure timely and accurate data updates
• Ensure data consistency and integrity across various systems (SAP, GMID, Shift, etc.)
• Critically monitor the accuracy and completeness of master data
• Identify and address bottlenecks to ensure efficient operations
• Analyze data and report on KPI performance (accuracy and completeness)
• Propose continuous improvements to enhance data quality and efficiency
qualification
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in an economic/logistics field or 3-5 years of experience in a cGMP environment
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP
• Excellent analytical skills with great attention to detail
• A team player with strong communication skills
• Proactive, independent, and result-driven
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
