CONTEXT
Our Abbé Froidure Social Reception Centre (CASAF) is approved by the COCOM of the Brussels Capital Region. As part of the social services unit made up of 16 social workers, the CASAF team's mission is to provide people in difficulty with welcome, listening and psychosocial support. In practice, the CASAF offers services to respond to requests made by users: debt mediation; legal aid; Psychosocial; Material; food and entertainment for adults. These activities are an integral part of the Les Petits Riens group, which develops social economy activities (collection, sorting and sale of second-hand objects) and other social actions, including the accommodation of the homeless in reception centres and professional integration.
The SYNER'SANTE service of the CASAF in Brussels offers outpatient follow-up to people suffering from addiction and/or psychological difficulties. It also ensures that these target audiences maintain or create social links. The service offers support and medico-psychosocial accompaniment that creates a network of help and care around the person. The specific missions offered by the service are:
• Individual and tailor-made support, with variable temporality, responsive, outpatient, medicalised, unconditional and free of charge in Brussels and outside,
• In the event of a break in the established network, the service tries to act as a safety net, remaining present throughout the person's care and for as long as he or she wishes.
• A destigmatization of products and mental health, in the different places where people live and where they live.
To join the mobile mental health and addiction team, we are recruiting:
