About the Role

We are looking for a talented and driven Associate to join our growing team in the British Virgin Islands.

About you

You will be an experienced Litigator who is willing to do a diverse range of work and have a keen interest in research.

You will have between 1-2 years post qualified experience as well as a strong background in client servicing with a proactive approach in representing the Harneys brand.

Who you'll be working with

Our BVI Litigation team is made up of 7 Partners, 4 Counsel and 10 Senior Associates and Associates. Drawing on the strength of our global team across multiple international jurisdictions, we have a winning track record and provide seamless cross-border client service.

What you'll be doing

As a key part of the team you will work on a range of commercial litigation and insolvency matters, as well as local corporate disputes on Island - these will include high-value, complex disputes from urgent interim relief applications to trial including shareholder disputes, injunctions and commercial trials.
