Harneys is seeking a Senior Associate to join the Dispute Resolution team in the BVI.
About you
You will be an experienced Litigator with strong academics and over 5 years post qualified experience working for a global law firm.
You will assist to develop a substantial professional network and contribute to business development activities of the team and the firm.
Who you’ll be working with
Our BVI Litigation team is made up of 7 Partners, 4 Counsel and 10 Senior Associates and Associates. Drawing on the strength of our global team across multiple international jurisdictions, we have a winning track record and provide seamless cross-border client service.
What you’ll be doing
Our dispute resolution group has been involved in the most significant global offshore disputes and complex cross-border restructurings and insolvencies of recent times, winning keynote victories for our clients and often helping shape the law.
As a key part of the team you will work on a range of commercial litigation and insolvency matters, These will include very high-value, complex disputes from urgent interim relief applications to trial, including shareholder disputes, injunctions and commercial trials.
