We are seeking skilled and ambitious mid-level commercial/chancery barristers to join our client’s growing disputes practice in the British Virgin Islands. This role offers a unique chance to work on complex, high-profile cases across areas such as insolvency, fraud, asset tracing, director and shareholder disputes, trust and estate litigation, and general corporate and commercial disputes. It is therefore essential that applicants have robust experience handling such matters.
To be considered candidates will have 3-7 yrs call developed a rated commercial/chancery chambers or a reputable onshore/offshore law firm, possessing strong academics and strong advocacy skills. A proactive self-starter, you should be eager to assume responsibility from the outset.
