Role Summary:
The Office Admin and Work Order Billing Specialist at GC Realty & Development plays a key role in managing move-out processes, billing reviews, and client services. This position is responsible for ensuring accurate documentation, reviewing security deposits and filing Assurant claims, handling PMA cancellations, and coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless operations. The Office Admin and Work Order Billing Specialist will also provide remarkable customer service, resolve disputes, and assist in managing HOA-related tasks. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment while supporting the broader Client Services Team.
What We Offer:
• Hourly - $5.00-$7.00(USD)
• Annual Performance Bonus - Up to 10% of wages(Effective 2025 calendar year)

What You'll Need to Succeed:
• Have a neutral English accent.
• Be able to fluently read, write, and speak English (C1 or C2 English Level)
• Have previous customer service and administrative experience
• Own modern equipment: computer (i3 Processor or above, 8 GB RAM), webcam, second monitor, and microphone
• Be able to access to a stable high-speed internet connection
• Have a comfortable, quiet working space
• Have full-time availability: Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. (CT)
