As Human Resources Manager you must ensure the convenient and effective functioning of the Human Resources Department in order to optimize resources in all processes and foster an environment aligned with our higher purpose, also taking care of the guidelines and standards established by Hyatt International.Qualifications •Ideally with a university degree or diploma in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Tourism management.•Minimum 2 years work experience as Human Resources Manager or Personnel Manager in larger operation.•Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.•Time management and organizational skills.•Ability to manage multiple projects and ongoing initiatives simultaneously.•Ability to communicate clearly and effectively across several different departments.•Budget management.•Recruiting and interviewing skills.•Responsible forthe efficient running ofthe department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies andbrand standards, whilst meetingemployee, guest and owner expectations.•The Human Resources Manager is responsible to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Personnel Department in the Human Resources Division, assisting the Director of Human Resources with the implementation of Hyatt's People Philosophy throughout the hotel
