Position: Spa Manager
Role Description:
As the Spa Manager at Thai House Spa, you will lead our team in delivering exceptional spa experiences that exceed our guests' expectations. You will oversee all aspects of spa operations, from managing staff and maintaining high-quality services to ensuring a serene and welcoming environment. Your responsibilities will include:
• Leadership: Inspire and lead the spa team to provide outstanding service and create a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests.
• Service Excellence: Ensure that all spa treatments and services meet the highest standards of quality and professionalism, providing guests with unforgettable experiences.
• Staff Development: Train, mentor, and motivate spa staff to continuously improve their skills and enhance the guest experience.
• Inventory and Resource Management: Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure smooth operations and cost-effective utilization of resources.
• Guest Satisfaction: Proactively address guest feedback and concerns, striving to consistently exceed expectations and foster long-term guest loyalty.
Experience:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in spa management, with a strong background in luxury spa operations.
• Proven track record of leadership and team management, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Experience in a Thai-inspired spa or knowledge of Thai spa therapies is highly desirable.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Spa Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and staff at all levels.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges and implementing solutions.
• Passion for wellness and a commitment to promoting holistic health and relaxation.
