The Coyle Auto Group is seeking a confident and outgoing Product Advisor / Automotive Sales Consultant with passion to provide an above average guest experience. Your role as a Product Advisor: Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Product Advisor / Automotive Sales Consultant is responsible for delivering high quality customer service, maintaining knowledge of the manufacturer brand and vehicle inventory, as well as meeting our monthly sales objectives. The Product Advisor will work closely with the New and Pre-Owned Car Department as well as the Finance Department to complete paperwork and to maintain the sales process. Attend all manufacturer training (provided) and maintain product knowledge, including vehicle options, incentives and promotions. Attend daily sales meetings at 8:45am. Meet, Greet and Engage clients with professionalism at all times. Assist in Snow Removal and other lot maintenance as required. Demonstrate new and used vehicles outlined in our sales process which includes: Assessment of needs, vehicle selections and information, test drives and presentation of numbers. Collect customer information using our Customer Relationship Management tools – while maintaining customer confidentiality. Ensure all sales process steps are adhered to including turnover to Business Office. Upon delivery of vehicle to client – Review vehicle to make sure it is up to dealership standards for cleanliness, and ensure the client understands the standard operating features as well as any technology features. This is a career position that has the opportunity to earn up to $100,000 per year, with room for advancement. We are willing to give our all to the right candidate. Driven and ability to work with minimum supervision Qualifications and Education Requirements: High School Diploma or Equivalent Valid Driver’s License Clean Drivers Abstract Prior experience in automotive sales is considered an asset, but not required.
