Mô tả công việc
• Calling customers and updating them about the company's products, services, or new launches (Vui App) to increase user activation
• Questioning customers to understand their requirements and preferences
• Monitoring KPIs and company achievements
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest industry developments and company offerings
• Maintaining and updating database with customer information
Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Graduate degree
• At least 2-3 years experience in a telesales environment, preferably in the services industry (SaaS, EduTech, Insurance,...)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in Vietnamese
• Excellent sales techniques especially on the phone
