OSSSSOSM &OS1. Responsible for sales growth; achieve sales goals. Maintain and develop sustainable relationships with existing customers.
2. Develop a sales strategy and plan by analyzing historical, current and future hotel/market trends.3. Create selling strategies to capture the maximum amount of revenue.4. Achieving and developing rapport with the commercial, industrial, wholesale and retail and other companies.5. Concentrating on travel partner programs and calling on all airlines to stay in touch with the market trends regarding group travel.6. Demonstrate professional presentation skills at Industry Trade Shows, Sales Events and companies when approaching customers.7. Trace all group and event files relating to tour and travel in collaboration with the events management team. Following-up and constant calling enable the Sales Manager to book the business.8. Travel to conduct frequent sales calls to industrial zones, companies, new projects in the province, government departments…..9. Ensuring that pre- and post-resumes of the groups are distributed to the proper operating departments.10. Achieving budgeted room nights and achieving function contribution for the sales department.11. Responsible for producing the weekly, monthly and six monthly groups forecast figures.12. Maintaining key corporate accounts, companies, government departments mailing list to ensure that all contacts are entered and are corrected.13. Work closely with the Revenue Manager, Director of Sales & Marketing to ensure proposed rate negotiations meet the financial needs of the hotels.14. Performing sales and marketing functions or related duties and special projects as assigned and directed by the DOSM & GM
