Job Purpose:

Actively recruit new agents in the areas and support Agent Leaders in finding and recruiting new agents and increase productivities

Main & Responsibilities:

1. Conduct recruitment analysis, identify weakness area, plan and organize activities to actively recruit new agents

2. Conduct interview and relating tests to select the right candidates for each type of agent e.g.

FA Standard or FA Prime etc.

3. Work closely with AE and Agent Leaders to increase number of new agents in the area as targeted

4. Arrange motivation session and implement recruitment strategy with Agent Leaders to encourage and support them in searching of new agents for the team

Qualifications:
• Bachelor or Master degree in any fields
• 5-8 years’ or working experience in Agency recruiting, Sales, Training, or Strategic Planning from Life insurance business
• Able to work and travelling in Southern areas (base in Songkhla)
• Direct experience in Agency from Life insurance would be plus
• Strong communication skills & interpersonal skills
