Our client is the manufacturing of elctronics. They are looking for potential candidate who can fulfil their requirement as following;
Position : Quality Technician
Location : Ban Bueng, Chonburi.
Working Day : Monday – Saturday.
Benefit:
• Salary: 27,000 THB / month
• Bonus 2 month
• Shuttle bus
Qualifications:
• Diploma or higher required, with MS Office and quality software experience.
• Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in QA/QC in manufacturing.
• Ideally with a multinational company.
• 3+ years of QA/QC experience using inspection equipment, especially calipers, height gauges, dial indicators, and welding testing measurement.
• Strong 8D problem-solving knowledge.
• Proficient in basic dimension and GD&T drawing interpretation.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Quality Core Tools and QC 7 Tools.
• Experience in troubleshooting and implementing countermeasures to reduce problems.
Job description:
• Responsible for inspecting and maintaining quality standards according to company and customer requirements.
• Control and measure product characteristics as defined in the control plan.
• Inspect in-process and finished products following Inspection Standards and Audit Frequency Plan.
• Prepare and revise Inspection Standards and Records, submitting them to the Quality Engineer for approval.
• Participate in 8D problem-solving meetings and assist in organizing the status of 8D stages.
• Provide daily quality reports to internal customers and management, including Quality Open Issue List and Non-conforming control.
• Support ISO compliance, regulatory requirements, Safety & Quality.
• Maintain documentation, equipment, and work areas in a neat, orderly, and safe condition.
• Perform standardized quality sampling & checks during production, organizing data into electronic logbooks, databases, and reporting variances and non-conformities to the quality engineer.
• Follow all relevant procedures, work instructions, visual aids, and forms related to Quality, Environment, and Safety.
• Assist the Quality Assurance management team with designated projects.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement, lean practices, six sigma, 5S, safety, and environmental initiatives.
