Job Responsibilities- Communicate industry and company background information and ongoing performance to both local and foreign brokerage and asset management firms.- Maintain company investor relations plan to achieve the plan.- Establish a close relationship with the group of stakeholders and regulations like SET and SEC.- Prepare management discussion and analysis, presentations, IR newsletters, annual reports, and press releases.- Monitor analyst reports and summarize them for senior management.- Gather financial data to analyse and interpret the financial results.- Develop revenue projection for the company’s annual plan.- Provide feedback to management regarding the investment community's perception of the company.ความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่- สื่อสารข้อมูลความเป็นมาของอุตสาหกรรมและบริษัท และผลการดำเนินงานอย่างต่อเนื่องไปยังบริษัทนายหน้าและบริษัทจัดการสินทรัพย์ทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศ- รักษาแผนนักลงทุนสัมพันธ์ของบริษัทเพื่อให้บรรลุตามแผน สร้างความสัมพันธ์ใกล้ชิดกับกลุ่มผู้มีส่วนได้เสียและกฎระเบียบ เช่น ตลท. และ ก.ล.ต.- จัดเตรียมการอภิปรายและการวิเคราะห์ของฝ่ายจัดการ การนำเสนอ จดหมายข่าวนักลงทุนสัมพันธ์ รายงานประจำปี และข่าวประชาสัมพันธ์- ติดตามรายงานของนักวิเคราะห์และสรุปให้ผู้บริหารระดับสูง- รวบรวมข้อมูลทางการเงินเพื่อวิเคราะห์และตีความผลลัพธ์ทางการเงิน- พัฒนาประมาณการรายได้สำหรับแผนประจำปีของบริษัท- ให้ข้อเสนอแนะแก่ฝ่ายบริหารเกี่ยวกับการรับรู้ของชุมชนการลงทุนของบริษัทNecessary Skill / Experience • Age 30-45 years• Any gender• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, or Accounting• At least 3 years’ experience in Investor Relations, Financial or Business analyst role• Understanding the mechanism in equity markets, SET and SEC• Able to use MS team.• Conversational high level of English (Have to report and present to Korean Management)Languages skills • English : Conversational• Japanese : NoneWorkplace Area: NikompattanaWorking Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Work Every Saturday)ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น• อายุ 30-45 ปี• เพศใดก็ได้• ปริญญาตรีหรือปริญญาโทสาขาบริหารธุรกิจ การเงิน เศรษฐศาสตร์ หรือการบัญชี• มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปีในบทบาทนักลงทุนสัมพันธ์ นักวิเคราะห์การเงินหรือธุรกิจ• ทำความเข้าใจกลไกตลาดทุน ตลท. และ ก.ล.ต• สามารถใช้ทีม MS ได้• สนทนาภาษาอังกฤษระดับสูงได้ (ต้องรายงานและนำเสนอต่อผู้บริหารชาวเกาหลี)ทักษะด้านภาษา• อังกฤษ : สนทนา• ภาษาญี่ปุ่น : ไม่มีสถานที่ทำงาน: นิคมพัฒนาเวลาทำการ : 8.00-17.00 น.
