Position Purpose
Responsible for execution of sales and marketing strategy by designing and managing sales promotion activities, leading sales team to achieve sales targets
Job Description
• Prepare daily, monthly and quarterly sales reports for qualitative analysis.
• Analyze daily dispatch report, Sales analysis, low and high retentions reports, product wise volume and retentions report, area wise volume report, NRP comparison report.
• Prepare area wise comparison report with plant wise, region wise, region wise targets, volumes and retentions analysis, territorial targets and monitoring KPI’s.
• Review plant wise daily retention reports.
• Prepare of Sales Performance Review in weekly, monthly and Quarterly basis.
Experience and Qualification
• MBA, MPA, Master Bachelors / Graduate
• 02 to 06 years relevant experience
Specific Requirements
• Good interpersonal & Communication skills
• Develop and maintain good interaction and business relations with distributors and customers.
• Proficiency in business statistics.
• Ability to operate effectively within the Regional Sales Team, relationship building and ability to deal with dealer’s network effectively
