Job Title: Senior Odoo Developer
Position Overview
We are seeking a talented Senior Odoo Developer with 4-8 years of experience to join our dynamic team at InterCraft Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Odoo's framework and modules, as well as a passion for developing innovative solutions that drive business efficiency. You will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing Odoo applications to meet the specific needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop customized Odoo modules and applications based on client requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Optimize existing Odoo applications for improved performance and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Odoo applications and integrations.
- Design & develop Odoo portal.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure best practices and high-quality code.
- Stay up to date with the latest Odoo developments and contribute to the continuous improvement of our Odoo offerings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 4-8 years of experience in Odoo development, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, XML, and PostgreSQL.
- Experience with Odoo modules, workflows, and configurations.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
