Job Responsibilities
• Support the hospital on all strategic initiatives, from planning to execution, and measuring against strategic goals.
• Prepare regular reports on the status of strategic projects, highlighting key milestones and any issues encountered.
• Work with executive leadership to align corporate goals with overall business objectives.
• Perform in-depth research on industry trends, market conditions, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
• Analyze internal and external data to identify strategic insights and inform decision-making.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify and evaluate potential business opportunities, partnerships, and alliances to enhance the organization's market position.
• Participate in the development of financial models and projections to assess the impact of strategic initiatives on the organization's financial performance.
• Review and analyze financial data with leadership to make informed recommendations for optimizing financial outcomes.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement risk mitigation strategies.

Skills and Qualifications
• Degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field
• Excellent quantitative and analytical capability based
• Ability to synthesize and communicate ideas, both verbally and in writing, through structured and clear recommendations
• Proficiency in conducting comprehensive research and analysis.
• Strong interpersonal and project management skills to drive multiple projects and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
