We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to lead our Operations & Maintenance (O&M) team for HVAC service contracts. This position will oversee the management of HVAC service contracts, ensuring exceptional service delivery, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and supervise HVAC service contracts, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client expectations.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
• Coordinate with technicians and support staff to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
• Achieve O&M and spare parts sales targets and monitor inventory at the warehouse.
• Maintain record of all O&M sites, monitor service contracts’ performance, analyze data, and prepare reports for senior management.
• Train, mentor, and manage a team of HVAC technicians and service personnel.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing concerns and ensuring service expectations are met or exceeded.
• Prepare and manage budgets for service contracts, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Proven experience in HVAC service management, with a minimum of 05 years in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, service contracts, and maintenance procedures.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve service delivery.
• Proficiency in HVAC software and tools
