About the Role:
We are looking for a full-time UA Manager to take control over for Meta Ads and Google Ads. We are Whizz, and our mission is to revolutionize the transportation industry for delivery drivers by offering affordable and convenient solutions for their success.
Requirements
What you'll be doing:
• Purchasing traffic on Meta Ads and Google Ads on a daily basis
• Owning the process of creating and testing creatives
• Testing hypotheses and finding ways to scale
• Working with me, the design team, and IT
Who you are:
• You have a proven track record of effective purchasing in Meta and Google Ads with budget >$100k
• You understand HADI cycles and can work within this process
• You have English proficiency of at least B2 level
• You know all marketing metrics and how they fit into unit economics
• You can create reports in Google Sheets or Metabase and explain your decisions based on analytics
